I wonder what you think about the new roles that are going to have to be developed in order to aggregate and filter this social media? This media is generating valuable information which companies previously had to invest in employees to gain and now, if they are able to manage the flow of content, can utilise this knowledge for 'free'. The key here of course is managing the content.
