Are their any Freeserve TV ads ??
After having been in Dixons/Comet over Christmas I was supprised how little Freeserve was promoted, had I not been aware of it through working in this industry I don't know if (as a new Internet user) I would be aware of it.
I still think most non-technical people who have just got a new PC for Christmas would be confused as to what is the best way to get access to the internet/get an email address etc. I was expecting a heaving campaign from Freeserve in the run up to Christmas, maybe I've just missed it...
Are they holding off a heavy markerting campaign untill they think they can cope (technically) with more users ?
