UKNM: E-mail Marketing Services

Two questions:  As of Wednesday (new DP act) it seems we can no longer send

data to the US where our current list server for doing e-mailings and

newsletters sits.


i. Does anyone have any views that this is a correct interpretation of the

new legislation?

and

ii. Can anybody recommend a reliable UK-based company who provides these

services?
