I'm writing a feature about spam (not a bad topic for me to cover... ;)
Can anyone provide examples of action taken against spammers by businesses
that receive their mailings?
And would anyone like to provide an opinion on the use of mailing lists as
a promotional tool?
Case studies would be useful...
Cheers.
Jo.
