Ooh, a valid reason to plug a client in a newsgroup.  You could check out

Chordiant Software, www.chordiant.com, they are in the process of

implementing web-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for

Bank One, Direct Line and Barclays Mercantile.  The relevant press releases

are on the site.


Oh yes, and last week's Economist had a whole chunk dedicated to online

banking, with all the major trends etc.
