As an end-user you will also need to sign up for the service so you will
only receive targeted offers. E.g. if you are not interested in coffee, but
perhaps buying a new battery for your mobile phone (;-)) then you could
receive a special offer from the Carphone Warehouse next door. Your user
profile will be stored on a personalised SIM card which will be sent to you
after you have stated your preferences either in-store or on your carrier's
Web site.
