Heres a good example

www.weddingguideuk.com was started in a bedroom back in 1997 with

investment from friends and family (not alot) and sheer hard work and

dogedness and was in a profit with 6 staff and 2 million imps and about

30,00 regular users per month by Feb 2000. It was bought for a stack of

money and is now owned by Confetti. It was making a reasonable profit prior

to the buy out. All in all a success!
