Unfortunately in August of this year my husband saw the 'free DVD player
when you buy a Widescreen TV at Intersaver.co.uk' banner and decided to take
advantage of this offer that seemed to be too good to be true
Well over 2 months later we appear to have a cheap 'free' DVD player, no TV
and are over £500 worse off (yes they debited our credit card at time of
order not despatch). Looks like Intersaver didnt quite estimate the demand
such an offer would generate
Now I am not one of the sort of people who would normally rave on about
safety online (I shop online regularly) but I am pursuing Intersaver.co.uk
through official channels & would love to have details of anyone else who
has also been affected by this promotion that appears to have gone so
horribly wrong
Thanks
Sharon
