Most ISPs provide full news feeds as part of their package (including
those for leased line access) - are you sure that yours does not? Sorry
if this sounds like stating the bleedin' obvious, but it might be worth
a try.
Also, are you sure you really need a usenet feed - they can chew up
bandwidth like crazy, and for most people, a web interface
(www.deja.com, for example, <MODE=NOSTALGIA>although it's not what it
used to be</MODE>) is much better.
