When checking out such agencies, make sure you don't get fobbed off.

At Freeserve, we had a company over from the States to provide such a
service. This guy arrived with a bald faced youth - "We're basically keeping
him out of jail." When asked who the kid was, what he could do, what his
approach would be to testing the site's security (simulated attacks..? or
real..?), the geezer would provide no information, and was quite offended
when told we wouldn't pay for a totally unknown quantity... There was a
brief stalemate.
