specific emails to respond to e.g.

SIGN-IN/PASSWORD ISSUES

Lost or Forgotten Sign-In Password:

Invalid Sign-In Password:
invalidpassathotmail [dot] com
For Help Changing Passwords:
changepassathotmail [dot] com
What is Passport:
whatisppathotmail [dot] com
Update Personal Information/Change Sign-In
Name:changeacctathotmail [dot] com

There was no way that I was going to paste them all on this
list because it would have been chopped and we would of all got
bored.

The main email that you need to send enquiries to is
support_xathotmail [dot] com. There will be a random customer service
representative who will in contact in 1-2 days if you are
lucky - response time is usually very good to be fair.

Best of luck with it.

P.S. I am pretty sure that Yahoo will have a similar facility
as well.
