I had a client earlier today send me an e-mail which stated that we had
asked questions about their business that were irrelevant to getting a
website up and running.

The client is a magazine publisher and we had asked if they had the ability
to accept credit card payments for subscriptions! What makes me laugh is
that further down the page she said she was not an expert in web production,
and even further down the e-mail that she had been told the site could be
developed by a part-time student of HTML in two weeks.

I replied suggesting that she re-examine whether she wants to be a client of
ours after all.
